Amphenol Corporation operates in accordance with the export laws, sanctions, and regulations of the United States and those jurisdictions in which it operates and requires its customers and distributors to do the same. Following the invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Amphenol ceased the supply of its products into Russia and Belarus, and Amphenol actively works to mitigate the risk of diversion of its products into Russia and Belarus via third parties.
