Sources

Andy Hall is a labour rights researcher and a migrant workers' rights advocate. In 2016, 14 migrant workers from Myanmar filed a complaint against Thammakaset, and the company responded by filing criminal charges against the migrant workers. Hall used social media to highlight the charges. On November 4, 2016, Thammakaset filed a criminal complaint with the Bangkok South Criminal Court against Hall, alleging defamation (Article 326 of the Criminal Code), libel (Article 328), and another offence under Article 14(1) of the Computer Crimes Act. The case is still pending.
