Atlas Copco response

...The Atlas Copco Group is committed to respecting internationally recognized human rights principles as defined by the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our Code of Conduct is our central guiding policy, complemented by our Human Rights Statement:

Highest ethical standards - Atlas Copco Group

Since March 5, 2022, we have stopped accepting orders for capital goods to Russia, not only from EU countries, but also from those countries that have no restrictions on exports to Russia.

We have fulfilled legally binding agreements in Russia entered into before March 5, 2022, but only after checking both customer and goods. The checks have been done to ensure that we comply with all applicable international trade and export controls, sanctions and embargoes.
