Au Pérou, des tribus indiennes refusent l'exploitation pétrolière

Mise en cause par l'Association des Indiens de l'Amazonie péruvienne (Aidesep), la société française Perenco risque d'être privée, par la justice péruvienne, de l'exploitation d'une concession pétrolière…qui menacerait la survie de tribus indiennes isolées…[L]e "Block 67" du pétrolier Perenco…s'étend sur un territoire vierge au cœur de l'Amazonie qui abriterait des "Indiens en isolement volontaire", selon l’Aidesep…Pour les sauvegarder, l'Aidesep a entrepris en 2007 une action en justice contre les pétroliers Repsol YPF, Burlington Resources [part of ConocoPhillips] et Barrett (rachetée par Perenco en janvier)…Convoqués…par le tribunal de Maynas, Perenco et les deux autres pétroliers ont "présenté un recours en nullité…"…
