Six days after an attack, the reclaimed land Tekoha Yvyju Avary has once again been hit by pesticides sprayed by tractors from the farm overlapping the Avá-Guarani traditional territory. ‘The farmer doesn't respect the agreements. Once again he has sprayed poison on our houses and he didn't do it with the National Public Security Force (FNSP), but the tractors were escorted by the Military Police Shock Troop. Dr Fernando came and showed us the limits, but he didn't respect that,’ said an indigenous man from Yvyju Avary.
