La Chambre des mises en accusation de Bruxelles ne rouvre pas l’instruction de la plainte contre le pétrolier. Un pourvoi en cassation est toujours possible..."Surréaliste" [précisait] Alexis Deswaef, avocat d’Aung Maw Zin, réfugié birman qui, en 2002, a déposé plainte contre Total, pour complicité de crime contre l’humanité...Victime de violences de la junte militaire au pouvoir à Rangoon, Aung Maw Zin estime que le pétrolier a apporté un soutien moral, financier et logistique aux bataillons birmans, notamment responsables, selon lui, d’actes de travail forcé lors de la construction du gazoduc vers la frontière thaïlandaise...2007...sur injonction ministérielle, le Parquet fédéral [était] prié de reprendre l’instruction. La Chambre des mises en accusation en a décidé autrement...Un recours possible ? La cour de cassation. Ou la case départ.
