Bolivia: Sinchi Wayra mine allegedly criminalising protest in Oruro

Complaints have been brought against Ms. Guadalupe Fernandez by Sinchi Wayra company for her activism amongst other members of the Quequeani Grande community to hold the company accountable for the commitments they made to the community. According to Ms. Guadalupe, the company had a summons issued against her to intimidate her and silence community members who claim the fulfillment of those commitments. Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited parent company Glencore to respond; the company responded.
