Bridging the Gap between International Investment Law and the Environment [Hague, Netherlands, 4-5 Nov]

On 4 and 5 November 2013, an international conference on investment law and the environment will be held. The location will be The Hague, the Netherlands. The conference will be organised by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, the School of Law of Utrecht University and the Center for Sustainability of Nyenrode Business University...The conference aims to instigate an academic and professional discussion about the challenges of protecting the environment within the framework of the current international investment law regime. A special focus will be the themes of climate change and sustainable development. [Registration recommended prior to 1 Oct]
