This publication contains six points for consideration of the 2nd Session of the “Open-ended intergovernmental working group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights” (OEIGWG)...The six points were presented by the Global Campaign to Reclaim Peoples Sovereignty, Dismantle Corporate Power and Stop Impunity (Global Campaign) as written submissions and as a contribution to the work of the OEIGWG.
