Caterpillar did not respond to CSO allegations & urgent call by UN Experts to cease the transfer of arms to Israel

On 5 July 2024, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Caterpillar to respond to the allegations that Caterpillar’s equipment has been used in attacks on homes, refugee camps, and infrastructure in the West Bank and that it is used used in attacks on Palestinian civilians in Israel’s war on Gaza. We also invited Caterpillar to respond to the call by UN Experts to cease the transfer of arms to Israel. The company did not respond.
