Chantiers au Qatar : Vinci n’obtient pas la condamnation de Sherpa

…Alors que l’association Sherpa avait déposé plainte, en mars dernier, contre Vinci Construction Grands Projets pour "travail forcé" et "réduction en servitude" dans le cadre des chantiers liés à l’organisation du Mondial 2022 de football, au Qatar, le groupe de BTP Vinci a échoué mardi 30 juin à obtenir la condamnation de l’ONG pour atteinte à la présomption d’innocence. Le tribunal de grande instance de Paris a en effet estimé qu’il n’appartenait pas au juge des référés (Ndlr : juge d’urgence) de trancher.
