The Group and its entire value chain are obliged to do their work ethically and responsibly. To this end all employees and third-parties working for the group are explicitly bound by the social and environmental responsibility values that define Inditex.

To guide its employees and partners in this respect, Inditex has developed policies in line with the most important labour and environmental protection standards, created tools for cooperating directly with its suppliers and fostered a dialogue with organisations and institutions specialising in these fields. The Code of Conduct and Responsible Practices lays down the standards for Inditex's employees, while the Code of Conduct for Manufacturers and Suppliers underpins Inditex's business relationship with all of its suppliers, encompassing all product health and safety matters as well as social and environmental considerations.
