Colombia: Dos defensoras afrodescendientes denuncian amenazas ante expansión de empresas en Buenaventura

Dos destacadas mujeres del Proceso de Comunidades Negras en Colombia, PCN, denunciaron ser objeto de hostigamientos y amenazas, hechos que vienen desde 2015, cuando participaron activamente en las protestas ciudadanas por las condiciones de marginalidad y violencia que atraviesa la población en Buenaventura, el principal puerto exportador de Colombia en el Pacífico.  La ciudadanía ha denunciado que muchos de esos hechos tienen que ver con los intereses de expansión de la empresa del terminal de contenedores de Buenaventura, TCBUEN, parte de APM Terminals [parte de AP Moller-Maresk Group].  El Centro de Información sobre Empresas y Derechos Humanos invitó a APM Terminals a responder.  La empresa respondió solamente en inglés, diciendo que no tiene planes de expansión en el puerto y que parte de su misión es mantener un diálogo abierto y transparente con todos los actores interesados.
