It has dedicated resources and robust internal policies, controls and procedures to ensure that we operate in accordance with the applicable export and sanctions regulations. This includes screening our customers against numerous restricted parties lists administered and enforced in the jurisdictions in which we do business.

We do not sell sanctioned products to Russia or Belarus and do not condone or support the resale or use of our products for purposes for which they were not intended or authorised.

We manufacture in large quantities many general-purpose semiconductor items for use by our customers in different market segments and different applications. These are sold directly to customers or through authorized distribution channels. Our authorised distributors are prohibited from reselling products for use in Russia or Belarus.

It is concerning that western chips may have been diverted to Russia. If we became aware that actors within our supply chain were diverting our products to Russia, we would take immediate steps to address the issue.
