Your response asserts that 93% of your coffee is responsibly sourced and that the Nescafé Plan addresses systemic challenges. However, our report documents ongoing labor and human rights violations within your supply chain, including cases linked to intermediary suppliers such as ECOM, AMSA, and NKG.
