Fanatics' response (Just for Show report)

Fanatics is deeply concerned by the issues reported by the Dabindu Collective Union...

Fanatics is a Nike licensee, and as part of that licensing arrangement, Fanatics maintains a relationship with a Sri Lankan vendor (MAS Holdings). Nike manages compliance engagement with these facilities. Additionally, to our knowledge, Fanatics’ footprint with the referenced facilities in Sri Lanka is small. Between 2020-2024, Fanatics estimates the volume of our business constitutes less than one-percent of MAS’ business.
