In the last year, over 40 workers have quit from Coway USA. 30% of these people had been working for the company for three years or more. The working conditions, such as low-pay with no wage increases, are driving workers to leave; they cannot sustain their livelihoods with an unlivable wage and exploitative working conditions. As workers continue to leave, the company is not changing or improving. The workers need a union to improve the conditions and make the company thrive.

This past month, two Coway USA workers were not paid by the company due to a cyber security scame. In responses, Coway USA dismissed the problem as a result of teh workers' personal carelessness and did not pay the workers their wages for over a month. Living paycheck-to-paycheck, the workers sent a letter to the company demanding what they were owed. With the research and moral support of the union organizing committee throughout the entire process, the workers were finally paid by the company...
