We recognize that much of the success of Foxconn is made possible by the work and commitment of our employees. To deliver on our promise to be a fair and equal employer, we continue to ensure that we are providing our employees with a positive working environment.
Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn)’s Code of Conduct (CoC) and corporate policy on business trip management regulations clearly regulate the work content and rights and obligations of colleagues during travel.
Protecting the rights and interests of employees is the company's highest principle.
