Reactive statement
“As expressed in our previous statement, we have committed to proper remediation of any adverse findings, ever since these concerns were brought to our attention. We have since, contributed to a broader remediation program, aimed at further improvements that help prevent the occurrence of any potential (migrant) labor rights violations. We have for example worked on improving the factory grievance mechanism, improving overall living conditions, and improving the overall worker’s ability to advocate for fair treatment and address workplace concerns (e.g. through a newly elected Worker’s Committee).

As planned, based on the findings from the second independent investigation conducted earlier this year, (which was aimed at providing a more detailed view on potential payments made by workers to third parties) we are now finalizing a financial contribution in line with our presence in the factory. This is set to be completed before the end of the year.”

Given the information above, we would like to kindly ask to be removed from the list of brands that have not participated in repayments.
