Gabon : Le procès de la COMILOG reporté à 2009

[L]a justice française devait statuer le 9 octobre dernier sur le contentieux qui oppose les anciens cheminots congolais à la Compagnie minière de l’Ogooué (COMILOG) Gabon pour le non versement des indemnités dues au licenciement collectif en 1991, consécutif à l’arrêt brusque du transfert du manganèse gabonais via le chemin de fer congolais…L'avocat des ex-cheminots, maître Moutet, a réclamé un montant de 65 millions d'euros en faveur des licenciés congolais du groupe COMILOG…[L']avocat des sociétés COMILOG France, Internationale et Holding, a finalement fait valoir que ce dossier était du seul ressort de la COMILOG Gabon, grande absente de ce procès. L'affaire devra finalement repasser devant les Prud'hommes en juin 2009.
