Gap's response to 'Who pays for the crisis' tracker allegations - March 2024

The closed facility was not a Gap Inc. approved facility and did not manufacture any goods for Gap Inc. We do source from other vendors in Haiti, including from other facilities owned by S&H Global, and maintain a long-term relationship with its parent company. We remain committed to ensuring compliance with our Code of Vendor Conduct, as well as national labor laws in Haiti. We work closely with all our suppliers and with Better Work Haiti to monitor working conditions at our approved facilities.
