Law students, pupils, trainee solicitors and young lawyers from around the globe were invited to enter. This year’s essay title was: 'can international human rights law provide meaningful obligations for business?'…The title of the essay was chosen to reflect the growing importance of businesses, including mulit-national corporations as significant global actors. Our first guest speaker at the event will be Professor Sheldon Leader, University of Essex…The second speaker will be Lord Lester of Herne Hill.
