...All our business activities are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia and the requirements for humane and legally prescribed working conditions. Linglong takes its responsibility very seriously and regularly audits itself and its business partners to ensure compliance.

Respect for human rights, the provision of good working conditions and compliance with environmental standards are of the utmost importance to us.

The mentioned rumours about accusations from your end are many years old and relate to subcontractors — not to us as a company. Immediately upon knowing the criticism at that time, Linglong took several measures to help its subcontractors to improve the living conditions of its employees. However, Linglong parted ways with these subcontractors back in 2022...

In addition, Linglong has also introduced numerous measures to improve applicable standards. At the beginning of 2022, new requirements were introduced that set out standards for working conditions, human rights, environmental protection, and business ethics. We have also published a Code of Conduct that is binding for all partners and contractors. This includes clear rules for compliance with social and environmental legislation. In addition, a social responsibility assessment has been integrated into the supplier management processes and is continuously reviewed.

It is important to us to constantly improve the living conditions of our employees. This includes building employee housing and recreational facilities such as playgrounds. It also includes developing a comprehensive supplier management system that takes account of social and environmental issues...

March 2022, Linglong published a Code of Conduct for suppliers that covers the key issues of working conditions and human rights, health and safety, business ethics, environmental protection, supplier management, and responsible raw material procurement...

Linglong is also committed to complying with international standards: In December 2024, the Linglong tire plant in Zrenjanin, Serbia, was successfully- audited by the Responsible Supply Chain Initiative (RSCI) e.V. association...
