We refer to your email dated 10 January 2021 regarding the abovementioned matter. We take note of the contents in the report you have provided (‘Report’) and thank you for highlighting the matter to us.
We do, however, wish to clarify that owing to a strict duty under the law to maintain banking confidentiality, we are unable to discuss any alleged banking relationships we may, or may not have, with you. We are also therefore unable to respond to the allegations set out in your email and/or the report.
