MediCeram response re alleged forced labour
"We were recently made aware of the ILO forced labour indicators and the impact it had to the human rights values of our workers. At the onset of the realisation to comply we engaged with all relevant regulatory agencies and our buyers to assess, mitigate and remediate the identified gaps against the ILO forced labour standards and have formed a task force to take immediate action in all issues related to this matter. We are fully committed to remediate all associated risks in the coming weeks. To further confirm our compliance to the forced labour indicators a 3rd party auditor has been engaged to validate our compliance and conformance with the standards”.
