In March 2022, it was reported that workers at Eslite Garment factory were facing a series of violations in the factory including harassment, repression of freedom of association, difficulty accessing social security benefits, and excessive production targets.

In June 2022, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Carhartt to respond. The full response is included below.
