Myanmar: Garment workers face harassment if they refuse overtime; incl. co. response

In August 2023, it was reported that workers at Full Win Safety faced a series of violations, including mandatory and unpaid overtime to meet excessive production targets, verbal abuse if workers refuse to work overtime, health and safety issues, denial of leave workers are legally entitled to including medical leave, and wage cuts if workers take leave.

In January 2024, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited DeFacto and LPP S.A (for its Reserved brand) to respond. Full responses below.
