Myanmar: Garment workers forced to sleep at factory to complete overtime shifts; incl. co. response

In May 2024, it was reported that workers at Eternal Fashion face a series of violations, including mandatory overtime overnight and workers forced to sleep at the factory overnight, denial of bonuses if workers refuse overtime, workers' health impacted by the overnight shifts, wage cuts if workers take leave, and unclean drinking water.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Intersport (for McKinley) to respond. It did not.
