Myanmar: Garment workers strike demanding pay rise, management targets, water facilities & transport; incl. co. response

In June 2023, it was reported that workers at Popular Garment factory went on a strike demanding a pay rise to 5600 kyats. Workers also called for targets that workers can meet, ferries to transport workers to the factory, and hot and cold water facilities.
