Myanmar: Workers at Tianjin Fashion Milestone allege human rights violations incl. retaliatory dismissal for raising complaints; incl. co. responses
In August 2024, it was reported that workers at Tianjin Fashion Milestone are facing a series of violations, including workers having their full bodies checked by security guards on their way to and from work, workers who complain about conditions being watched and fired, verbal abuse if workers don't meet their targets, and workers forced to work all day without a day off for a month, even if they are sick.
In December 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Bestseller (for VERO MODA and ONLY) , LC Waikiki, and LPP (for Sinsay) to respond. Bestseller and LPP responded - the response can be found below.
