Based on the “the NEC Way”, which is the starting point of the NEC Group's values and actions, we aim to create the social values of safety, security, fairness, and efficiency as the NEC Group's “Purpose” through our business activities, and to realise a sustainable society where everyone has the chance to reach their full potential. In addition to promising “uncompromising integrity and respect for human rights” in “Principles”, “The NEC Group Code of Conduct”, which defines the behavior of each individual, from executives to employees, also clearly states that NEC respects human rights in all situations.
While we respect the knowledge provided by your organization (Business and Human Rights Resource Center, an international human rights NGO) on your website, and we carefully consider the relevant information released by you and other organizations, we would like to refrain from commenting on individual cases.
