We are in the process of a standard negotiation with one of our unions in one of our facilities. As with any negotiation, we make adjustments to the overall conditions, always in alignment with local regulations and remaining attractive and competitive. All factory employees in Nestlé Brazil are above the minimum wage. We continue to stand by our track record of support for our people. Their health and wellbeing is our top priority.
