As a supplier to Nike, we expect MAS to adhere to our supplier Code of Conduct which includes recognizing and respecting freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Based on conversations with MAS, it is our understanding that they share our commitment to freedom of association, respecting the right of employees to form and join a worker’s organization consisting of freely elected representatives to ensure their effective participation in matters of mutual concern to both parties. MAS is also committed to supporting the establishment of trade unions as per the legal framework and requirements.
