...Oxfam International...[vient de publier un rapport] intitulé "Lever la malédiction des ressources: Comment les pauvres peuvent et devraient profiter des revenus des industries extractives"...Parmi les 10 entreprises les plus grandes du monde, sept sont des compagnies pétrolières. Parmi les 50 compagnies les plus rentables de la planète, 18 sont des compagnies extractives qui exploitent les ressources minières et pétrolières. Par contre, 3.500 millions de personnes (60 pourcent de la population mondiale) qui habitent dans les pays riches en ressources naturelles, tirent très rarement un bénéfice de ces ressources... Régulation, transparence, responsabilité... Réduire l’évasion fiscale...
