Protectas SA (part of Securitas AB) responded

1 June 2021

At the Securitas Group, which in Switzerland is represented by Protectas, we have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or other questionable behaviors. We take this situation very seriously. We collaborate meticulously with the SEM (State Secretariat for Migration) and all relevant stakeholders to perform the external audit that our client has initiated. The aim is to bring pertinent optimizations of the whole surveillance process at the SEM centers. The audit results and recommendations will be published at the end of August by the State Secretariat for Migration.
