As announced by CIP, the HELAX Istmo project is still in a pre-development stage. A solar facility in San Pedro Comitancillo is not currently part of the project design.

As the project advances into the consultations with the communities to be conducted by the Government of Mexico, which have yet to begin, all the required technical detail will be made available to the neighboring communities, in full compliance with Mexican law and in line with international best practices. We are committed to working closely with local communities.
