Thank you for your question regarding the dismissal of a cleaner employed by Total Clean, one of our external contractors in London.

Inditex has raised this with Total Clean as a matter of concern and urged them to use the social dialogue process already initiated with the union to find a fair resolution for the individual concerned.

The contractor has confirmed to Inditex that it is committed to this social dialogue process and has agreed to keep us updated on this process.
