李女士自述:

[...]当时为什么想去印尼工作,是因为当时有朋友说去那边工作工资高,然后就把我们拉到一个群里报名。但是签的合同是一万三,过去刚开始就只有八千多块钱。签合同都不让我们拿,在江苏签的,签了就把合同拿走了。[...]我们在OSS厂,有几千员工吧,印尼人多一点,女的少一点。大约的比例有十分之二吧。[...]。我们平时就有受到男同事的骚扰,[,,,]也有领导骚扰女工,为了工作强迫你,就比如我当初在那里,有一个人事部招聘的,他在那边权力比较大,就让我去他那,我就不去。[...]

周女士自述:

[...]去年底的时候签的合同,里面也没有看多长时间,估计也没写,因为都是公司定的,我都没见过合同,[...]我后来跟同事说,现在它合同上不写甲方,以后肯定就把“神龙公司”写上去,神龙是一个空壳公司,只要跟神龙签了合同,不管出现工伤还是什么,[公司]都不负责任的,打官司就是跟神龙打官司。

在[公司]二十七个月、三十个月没有回国的也有太多了。18年刚入[公司]的时候,都是半年回国一次,因为签证的期限就是半年,不会给你延期的,因为公司要花钱。但现在疫情,没有期限,公司什么时候安排你你就什么时候回国,他们不安排,你就是两三年也没法回国。当时甚至没有结工资和谈任何补偿,就是下午打电话,让第二天赶紧走。

我们宿舍[...]安全很不到位,住的也不安全,房间里也有老鼠,随时可能钻到你被窝里。[...]我的护照刚来的时候就被收走了,收到你回国再给你。平时在园区也不能出去活动,要出去,人身安全没有保障。因为语言也不通,全是山路,有人身安全危险,[...]

我妹妹前几天给我们山东的劳动局打电话,说我姐困在外面,[公司]应该怎么怎么样,劳动局说不归我们管,找别的地方吧,[...公司]是江苏的,…有一个残疾的,到现在打官司还没有赔偿,反正跟[公司]打官司挺难的
