在日外国人实习生受剥削 时薪最低不足2元

…孟加拉国人卡莉达(音译)听说在日本每月可挣16万日元…于2011年秋季作为外国人技能实习生到达日本…在长崎县一家服装厂工作。据卡莉达介绍…每月工作时间在400小时以上,只能休息2到3天,加班超过200小时…居住在工厂内宿舍…外出还需获得批准。但卡莉达每月工资仅有10万日元…公司社长以住宿费为由扣除约4万日元…之后为她介绍工作的孟加拉人还会拿走5万日元…留在自己手中的仅剩1万日元…每小时不足25日元…卡莉达曾在2012年对公司提出不满,但被…要求离开日本。她拒绝登上飞机…回忆起在服装厂的经历,卡莉达称:「就像做奴隶一样。」

2013年春季,卡莉达状告公司社长,要求对方赔偿应付工资。律师介绍称,10万元的月薪已经低于当时长崎县的最低工资水平…但该社长以「诉讼还未结束」为由拒绝了…采访。

…日本的外国人技能实习制度是允许外国人到日本学习技术的一项制度…由于一些日本企业利用这一制度使外国人陷入低工资等恶劣的劳动环境,美国国务院在2014年的《人口贩运问题报告》中批判其「存在强制劳动的事例」。
