Minimum Wage Program Coordinator

The Minimum Wage Program Coordinator will assist in the administration and enforcement of the City's new voter approved Earned Sick Leave and Minimum Wage Ordinance. The position will provide professional level administration support associated with enforcement of the Ordinance. The Program Coordinator will analyze and interpret complex complaints and make recommendations that will ultimately resolve disputes between employees and employers as well as conduct field investigations to ensure businesses are adhering to the Ordinance. The Program Coordinator will report directly to the Minimum Wage Program Manager and will be required to interpret, monitor and implement the Earned Sick Leave and Minimum Wage Ordinance.
