New institution to ensure that companies respect human rights [Denmark]

From 1st November 2012 companies violating human rights, the environment or standards for corruption can be accused at the Danish government's new mediation and complaints institution for Responsible Corporate Behavior...The institution is an offshoot of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, which Denmark is obliged to follow. The OECD guidelines are based on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, which is a fundamental step towards concrete human rights in relation to responsible corporate behavior...[T]he guidelines to companies from the new mediation and complaint institution are voluntary. This means that cases that the institution considers as violations will lead to public judgment in terms of publication of the cases rather than legal judgment.
