NGO highlights flaws in company complaints mechanisms claiming to follow intl. business & human rights frameworks

Rights and Accountability in Development (RAID) published a report providing a critique of complaints mechanisms at Acacia Mining (formerly African Barrick Gold) and Kamoto Copper Corporation (part of Katanga Mining, which is owned by Glencore).
