Response from Odyssey Marine Exploration

Oceanica, the company that controls the deposit, is currently waiting for an environmental approval to move forward on the “Don Diego” project. Until this approval is received we are not doing any interviews or providing any comments on the project. (Oceanica Resources S. de. R.L is an Odyssey subsidiary, with Odyssey currently owning 54% of the outstanding shares.)

There is a website set up on the project with  a wealth of resources that you may be interested in exploring: http://www.dondiego.mx/es/. Please make sure you review the Non-Technical Summary, which I’ve attached to this email. This document will clarify many of the allegations and concerns raised in your inquiry.
