...For clarity sake...the matter was dealt with and concluded on 25th February 2015, signed by the 17 complainants from Mang'onyi and Mwau villages and the company representatives...Clause 5 of that agreement indicated that the payment was full and final payment in regard to all the exploration previously conducted in the area...and that no further complaint of any nature...shall be entertained.
