Sweden: Agency for Public Management releases report on adherence to UNGPs & recommends govt. adopt binding due diligence requirements for co's

The Swedish Agency for Public Management released its report on Swedish adherence to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and recommends legal human rights due diligence requirements for Swedish companies. A group of lawyers charged with conducting the legal analysis had found an urgent need to instate a legally binding requirement on companies to conduct human rights due diligence.
