Last week, three prominent immigrants’ rights activists associated with Migrant Justice in Burlington were arrested and detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents[:] Zully Palacios Rodriguez,...Jose Enrique “Kike” Balcazar Sanchez,...[and] Cesar Alexis Carrillo Sanchez... They will go to court in the near future and may be deported or released... Balcazar...has...been instrumental in the “Milk with Dignity” campaign... Palacios...[is involved] with the national movement for immigrants’ rights, food justice, the Food Chain Workers Alliance and the Cosecha Movement.
