Watered down injunction granted for Heathrow protest [UK]

BAA has secured a High Court ruling banning direct action campaigners from Heathrow Airport during a week-long environmental protest. However, the injunction names only one organisation, rather than the 15 groups the airport operator originally sought to ban...Thousands of people are expected to join the Camp for Climate Action event between 14 and 21 August which opposes construction of a third runway at Heathrow...BAA said its injunction was aimed at protesters acting unlawfully, and was not aimed at stopping peaceful protest.
