PSM is encouraged by the decision of the learned High Court Judge today, Yang Arif Puan N o or Hayati binti Haji Mat , who made the following orders:

(1) The ex parte injunction obtained by Beaks and Suria Harmoni on 2.4.2024 that among others prohibited Sivaranjani and PSM from discussing, writing or publishing anything about Beaks and SuriaHarmoni to anyone and third parties is set aside

(2) Beaks and Suria Harmoni’s application for an injunction against Sivaranjani and PSM from discussing, writing or publishinganything about Beaks and Suria Harmoni until the end of the case is dismissed .

(3) Beaks and Suria Harmoni do pay damages to Sivaranjani and PSM regarding the ex parte injunction obtained on 2.4.2024.
