Rejoinder from Commissioner Ben Eaton to Green Group Holdings' response

In my experience, dealing with this situation was a massive eye opener. For all of my life I thought there were agencies that protect people and the environment for the good of mankind against industry and companies like Arrowhead. They promise you everything and, the way I see it, they give you nothing.

It is our right to complain about environmental injustice, and yet our thoughts and feelings are not as important as others. Why? I still believe it is racially and economically motivated. We are poor and Black. Seeking 30 million dollars in damages makes no sense. They have no rights to dump on the community, the way I see it. Our lives are just as important as theirs. What about life after us (our kids)? I believe it's our responsibility to look out for their future. In a nut shell, they are wrong from the way I see it.
