There has been a rapid increase in expectations for companies to report on how they address their significant impacts on people and the resulting risks to their business. Investors are also demanding more meaningful insights into this aspect of corporate performance. Shift’s work helps ensure that social reporting requirements are aligned with the international standards of conduct and supports effective implementation that improves outcomes for both people and business. The right candidate will have significant experience with corporate sustainability reporting standards and social data, indicators and metrics, an understanding of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and a demonstrated ability to work well in multi-stakeholder, consensus-building processes
